The staff at the desk were exceptionally friendly, helpful and really on top of their game (my son and I needed the shuttle at different times, he wanted breakfast not me, I wanted to pay but not check out etc etc and the guy remembered all that at 4.30am! - Thank you to him!) A really interesting hotel - quite different from standard airport hotels, but I payed about the same price as them. Yes, the evening meal was pricey, but it was fabulous, with wonderful wait staff and dining in a villa experience! I was delighted with the whole experience. The shuttle was on time. It was 26 minutes from the door of the hotel, through security and passport control! That has to be a record. Just don't try to walk to the hotel from the aiport. It's really close but not designed for pedestrians at all.

It’s really 5 minutes with the shuttle from the airport, the shuttle is regular and very comfortable. The rooms are of old style with quality wooden furniture, however, the bathrooms are renovated, and everything is perfectly clean. The dinner was served even though we arrived at 10.00, and the dishes were in accordance with high Italian standards. And the dining room is really beautiful. We also added breakfast for a small extra fee - and I had the best apple pie in my life. The reception was exceptionally helpful. We had a very pleasant overnight stay and we were in good time back at the airport the next morning.

Lovely stylish hotel a few minutes by shuttle from the airport. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, very pleasant dining room, open until 10pm which was great for late arrivals. Nice choice of breakfast food. Spacious treed grounds and pool to relax by before ongoing flight. All the staff were great but special mention to the reception man, very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Terrific personal shuttle service with courteous and friendly driver. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here on future trips. Just wish we'd known about this hotel earlier.

A great bathroom with good water pressure and temperature, and towel warmers, slippers, robes, etc. The location for the hotel with quick and reasonably price transfers. Easy transfer to the train or bus for access to the centre of Milan, and a transfer to a nearby town for a lovely last Italian lunch before my flight out. Friendly and helpful staff and late night bar with food if required.

The buffet breakfast was very nice with plenty of options, good coffee and hot milk. The breakfast staff and the morning receptionist were very helpful, cheerful and obliging.
